No caterer knows Fairfield county better than Suzy Dale. Suzy was raised in New Canaan, Connecticut. After graduating from college and working for nearly a decade in advertising in Boston and New York, Suzy returned home to Fairfield county in 1980.  Since then, she has catered thousands of events for the community. Her unique style blends the best of her most admired chefs such as Mario Batali, Julia Child and Madeleine Kamman. Suzy’s two biggest passions in life are her granddaughter and spending time at Popham Beach, Maine, her home-away-from-home.
