It’s the middle of football season and naturally buffalo chicken wings are in full swing  as well.

But did you know wings work at weddings too? Yes! Wings!

Amongst our favorite passed foods at weddings are our Buffalo Chicken Lollipops. When people think wings, they think messy. But no so fast. The “lollipop” feature provides a exposed, sauce free bone for guests to snatch up without the messy fingers. Pass 100 of them on a plate and we promise all 100 will vanish before your eyes.

These work great at weddings either before dinner or as a late night snack for the weary dancers.

Can’t wait for the wedding? Follow these super simple steps and you can enjoy these buffalo chicken lollipops in under 35 minutes! Or HIRE US for you wedding,

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400. Use a sharp knife to push meat to the large side of your drumstick wings.

Step 2:

Place on baking sheet w/ aluminum foil. Coat in canola oil, season with salt & pepper. Bake 15 minutes, flip, bake 10 more minutes.

Step 3:

Prepare your sauce. Mix together melted butter, salt, pepper, your favorite wing sauce and throw in some cayenne pepper for extra spice!

Step 4:

Toss your cooked wings in the sauce until covered thoroughly. Plate with blue cheese for dipping and enjoy!
